The Village Tent

Anchoring the festival at Hargett Street, The Village Tent is an interactive, creative learning space for all to enjoy. Come listen to African and African American Storytelling, learn African drumming techniques or move your feet and pick up the stylistic dance steps of Chicago Stepping! The Village Tent is filled with lots of fun workshops throughout both days of the festival.
